It is rare to work under someone who is as talented a mentor as Justin. I had the privilege of working under Justin last summer as his design intern and in that time, I have known Justin to be a pragmatic leader who helped me understand how to tackle the tasks I needed to accomplish each day. I found this to be incredibly valuable in working with him, as it allows those who work with him to know exactly what he expects of them. In addition, I know that he will sit down and take the time to figure out a problem with me rather than to leave me behind. He is an hard worker and value creator in the truest sense. All of his feedback on my work helped me become a better marketing professional as it was always fair, specific, and relevant, even if it was something that was hard to hear (or for him to say). I have no hesitation in recommending Justin and know that he will always give of his best in any endeavor.

I've had the pleasure of knowing and working with Justin for a very long time. As a teammate, Justin was very easy to work with. We quickly became friends and I was able to witness his creativity and incredible attention to detail first hand. Justin was excellent at both web and print and obviously was a master with his tools. As a software engineer, it was such a rare occurrence to have such an asset to both create incredible designs as well as also help implement them. Since then we have remained friends and I've recommended clients to him because I know what high quality he produces and how reliable he is. Personally, I've worked with many designers over the years and generally, they are good at maybe one or two things so it requires us to have multiple people. Justin is excellent at them all.
